
Beef Tray Bake with Cream and Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 kilogram and 100 grams lamb meat
- 100 grams lamb tail fat
- 1.5 large onion
- 1 1/4 tablespoons salt
- 3/4 tablespoon black pepper
- sliced garlic
- a piece butter
- half a kilogram mushrooms
- a pinch salt
- 400 ml cream
- 1 tablespoon demi-glace sauce powder
- a glass water
- a pinch cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to the temperature not specified in the sources.
- Prepare an oven tray, then place the meat with the tail fat, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper in it.
- Put the tray in the oven until the meat is cooked, then remove it from the oven.
- Prepare the mushroom sauce in a frying pan or pot by adding the piece of butter, then the mushrooms with a pinch of salt.
- Add the cream to the mushrooms in the frying pan or pot.
- Add 1 tablespoon of demi-glace sauce powder and a glass of water to the frying pan or pot.
- Leave the sauce over the heat until combined.
- Pour the mushroom and cream sauce over the meat in the tray.
- Add a pinch of cheese over the tray.
- Return the tray to the oven until the dish is complete.
