Ingredients
- 2 kg Onions
- 2 litres Beef broth
- half a cup Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- half a teaspoon Black pepper

- 50 g Butter

Instructions
- In a pot over low heat, heat the olive oil and butter together.
- In the same pot, add the thickly sliced onions and salt, stirring continuously until caramelized without burning.
- In the same pot, add the beef broth, bay leaves, cloves, black peppercorns, and garlic, then leave the soup to boil and develop its flavour.
- In the oven, brush the baguette or the mentioned bread with a little olive oil, add the garlic, then toast from the top at 200.
- In the same oven, arrange the bread pieces in serving bowls, then cover with mozzarella cheese.
- In the same oven, place the bowls under top heat only at 180 until the cheese melts.
- Serve the soup hot.
