Chili Cheese Bites

Ingredients

  • 200 g yellow cheese
  • 150 g Cheddar cheese
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • cup ground kaak [breadcrumbs]
  • cup flour
  • 1 piece, as desired green pepper
  • half a teaspoon ground chili
  • quarter teaspoon black pepper
  • to taste salt
  • 2 eggs
  • quarter cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • green onion stalk

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, grate the yellow cheese and chop or blend it with the Cheddar cheese and cream cheese until combined.
  2. In a mixing bowl, finely chop the green pepper and green onion, then add them to the cheese mixture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add the ground chili, black pepper, and salt to the cheese mixture, then mix well.
  4. In another mixing bowl, whisk the 2 eggs with the milk and white vinegar.
  5. In a mixing bowl, add the flour and breadcrumbs to the cheese mixture, then mix until a shapeable dough forms.
  6. In a frying pan or on a shaping surface, shape the mixture into chili cheese bite pieces.
  7. In a frying pan or in the oven, cook the pieces until ready to serve hot.
