Ingredients
- 200 g yellow cheese
- 150 g Cheddar cheese
- 200 g cream cheese
- cup ground kaak [breadcrumbs]
- cup flour
- 1 piece, as desired green pepper
- half a teaspoon ground chili
- quarter teaspoon black pepper
- to taste salt
- 2 eggs
- quarter cup milk
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- green onion stalk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, grate the yellow cheese and chop or blend it with the Cheddar cheese and cream cheese until combined.
- In a mixing bowl, finely chop the green pepper and green onion, then add them to the cheese mixture.
- In a mixing bowl, add the ground chili, black pepper, and salt to the cheese mixture, then mix well.
- In another mixing bowl, whisk the 2 eggs with the milk and white vinegar.
- In a mixing bowl, add the flour and breadcrumbs to the cheese mixture, then mix until a shapeable dough forms.
- In a frying pan or on a shaping surface, shape the mixture into chili cheese bite pieces.
- In a frying pan or in the oven, cook the pieces until ready to serve hot.
