
Frozen Pizza Dough with Toppings
A yeasted pizza dough with toppings such as cheese, mushrooms, and olives, baked into hot homemade pizza.

This is a pizza-style dough with dairy and eggs, so it is not vegan. Expect a soft base that bakes into a familiar, hearty pizza.
Ingredients
- 1 kg, approximately 7.5 cups Flour
- 1 cup 200 ml Water
- 1 cup 200 ml Milk
- 1 cup 200 ml Oil
- 50 g 2.5 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 25 g Fresh yeast
- 2 tablespoons Instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons 40 g Butter
- 2 Eggs
- to taste Kashkaval cheese
- Mushrooms
- Bell peppers
- Olives
- Pizza sauce
- Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar

Instructions
- In the mixing bowl, mix the water, milk, oil, sugar, and yeast together until the sugar dissolves.
- In the mixing bowl, add the flour to the liquids, then add the salt and eggs.
- In the mixing bowl, knead until a cohesive, smooth dough forms.
- In the mixing bowl, add the butter at the end until the dough becomes smooth.
- In the mixing bowl, cover the dough and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
- On a surface dusted with farakha flour or very fine semolina, divide the dough into pieces suitable for the desired size.
- On the work surface, roll out each piece by hand or with a rolling pin, keeping the edges slightly thick.
- On a baking tray greased with a little oil, place the rolled-out dough rounds.
- On the work surface or over the dough, let the rounds rest for about 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix an egg with 1 teaspoon vinegar, then brush the dough edges with it.
- Using a fork, prick the center of each dough round so it does not puff up during baking.
- On each dough round, spread the sauce and cheese, then distribute the bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, and tomato pieces.
- In the oven, preheat the oven to 250°C and turn on both the top and bottom heat.
- In the oven, bake the pizzas until they are approximately 80 to 85 percent cooked.
- In a cool, well-ventilated place, let the pizzas cool completely before freezing.
- On a tray or in a suitable container, stack the cooled pizzas with plastic between the layers, then wrap tightly.
- In the freezer, freeze the pizzas for up to three months.
- When ready to serve, remove the pizzas from the freezer and let them thaw slightly.
- In the oven, preheat the oven to 200°C.
- In the oven, bake the frozen pizzas again for generally no more than 7 minutes, until fully cooked and done.
