Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to its highest setting, using top and bottom heat with the fan on.
- Place a Pyrex dish filled with water in the oven to create steam.
- Put the potatoes on a baking tray in the oven without wrapping them in parchment paper or foil.
- Roast the potatoes in the oven for 1 hour to 1½ hours, until cooked through and browned on the outside.
- Check the potatoes for doneness with a knife; if it goes in and comes out easily, they are ready.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and keep them hot.
- Open the potatoes from the top while they are hot.
- Scoop out the flesh from the potatoes into their centers, or leave them as they are if you prefer.
- Add salt to the opened potatoes.
- Add butter to the potatoes.
- Add garlic to the potatoes.
- Add Kashkaval cheese to the potatoes.
- Add Cheddar cheese powder to the potatoes.
- Mix the filling inside the potatoes until the cheese melts and everything is combined.
- Put mushrooms inside the potatoes.
