Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to its highest setting, using top and bottom heat with the fan on.
  2. Place a Pyrex dish filled with water in the oven to create steam.
  3. Put the potatoes on a baking tray in the oven without wrapping them in parchment paper or foil.
  4. Roast the potatoes in the oven for 1 hour to 1½ hours, until cooked through and browned on the outside.
  5. Check the potatoes for doneness with a knife; if it goes in and comes out easily, they are ready.
  6. Remove the potatoes from the oven and keep them hot.
  7. Open the potatoes from the top while they are hot.
  8. Scoop out the flesh from the potatoes into their centers, or leave them as they are if you prefer.
  9. Add salt to the opened potatoes.
  10. Add butter to the potatoes.
  11. Add garlic to the potatoes.
  12. Add Kashkaval cheese to the potatoes.
  13. Add Cheddar cheese powder to the potatoes.
  14. Mix the filling inside the potatoes until the cheese melts and everything is combined.
  15. Put mushrooms inside the potatoes.
  16. Put green olives inside the potatoes.
  17. Put black olives inside the potatoes.
  18. Put mortadella inside the potatoes.
  19. Add ketchup over the potatoes.
  20. Add mayonnaise over the potatoes.
