Ingredients

Instructions
- Spread the kunafa from the bag into a suitable bowl.
- Lightly mist the frozen kunafa with water in the bowl to moisten it.
- Shape the kunafa inside a suitable mold or cup to create a bulbul nest shape.
- Arrange the kunafa on a baking dish or tray, leaving spaces in the shape.
- Leave the shaped kunafa in a suitable place for 4 to 5 hours or until the next day; it is preferable to direct a fan at it so it dries.
- Turn the kunafa shape out of the mold after it has dried and set its shape.
- Fill the kunafa with Aleppo pistachios or cashews as desired.
- Immerse the kunafa in ghee in a suitable tray or dish, so that the ghee reaches approximately halfway up.
- Place the tray in the oven on the lower heat at 200 degrees until the bottom portion is cooked.
- Move the tray to the upper part of the oven so it takes on a light color from above.
- Drain off the excess ghee after removing it from the oven.
- Pour cold, thick syrup over the kunafa after it has cooled slightly.
