Lentil Soup with Sour Flavor

Lentil Soup with Sour Flavor

This brown lentil soup has a tangy character, made with lentils, onion, garlic, potatoes, Swiss chard leaves, and cilantro. It is seasoned with salt, cumin, black pepper, and dried mint, then lemon juice is added at the end. Starch may be used to adjust the consistency, and the soup is served hot.

A warm, nourishing lentil soup with a tangy taste.

Like a cozy sour lentil soup.

Balance the sourness gently so it does not overpower the lentils.
