
Tender Meat Slices with Garlic Baguette
This recipe features meat slices seared over high heat, then combined with a mushroom and cream sauce with onion and garlic, and served with toasted baguette flavored with garlic, olive oil, and herbs. The video also shows how to prepare fatteh with either musabaha or yogurt and tahini, as well as fattoush as a side dish.

Ingredients
- lamb rump
- vegetable oil

- mushrooms, thinly sliced
- cooking cream

- 4 tablespoons 4 tablespoons yogurt without ashta
- 150 grams tahini
- juice of half a lemon juice of half a lemon
- toasted or fried bread
- cooked chickpeas
- toasted pine nuts
- fried bread

- vinegar
- 2 2 cloves crushed garlic
- cucumber
- purslane
- radishes
- pomegranate

Instructions
- Heat the skillet over the highest heat.
- Place the meat slices in the skillet with a little vegetable oil.
- Season the meat slices in the skillet with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
- Move the meat slices around the skillet from side to side until browned without drying them out.
- Remove the meat slices from the skillet and let them rest on a plate.
- Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic to the same skillet over the same heat.
- Add the thinly sliced mushrooms to the skillet.
- Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper to the skillet.
- Add the cooking cream to the skillet along with the mushroom juices and meat juices.
- Stir the sauce in the skillet briefly until combined, without letting it boil.
- Leave the sauce in the skillet for only 1 minute.
- Mix the crushed garlic with olive oil, Italian seasoning, oregano, and basil.
- Spread the baguette bread with the garlic, olive oil, and herb mixture.
- Toast the baguette bread in the oven or air fryer for several minutes, until golden.
- Prepare the fatteh by mixing the smooth chickpea musabaha with lemon, water, and salt.
- Prepare the second fatteh option by mixing yogurt without ashta with tahini, crushed garlic, juice of half a lemon, and salt.
- Add the toasted or fried bread to the fatteh.
- Add the cooked chickpeas and toasted pine nuts to the fatteh.
- Prepare the fattoush in another bowl by mixing the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, purslane, radishes, pomegranate, mint, sumac, half a tablespoon of salt, olive oil, pomegranate molasses, vinegar, juice of half a lemon, and crushed garlic.
- Serve the meat slices with mushroom and cream sauce and garlic baguette bread, and serve the fatteh and fattoush alongside.
