
Caraway Drink for Postpartum Recovery and Milk Supply

Ingredients
- 1 kilogram (10 cups, each cup measures 100 grams) rice flour
- 1 kilogram (10 cups, each cup measures 100 grams) ground caraway
- 10 liters water
- 1 kilogram sugar
- for garnish coconut
- for garnish raisins
- for garnish walnuts
- for garnish almonds
- for garnish Aleppo pistachios
- for garnish cashews
Instructions
- In a pot over the heat, mix the rice flour with the ground caraway, sifting them first if necessary.
- In the same pot, add the water and stir the mixture well before placing it over the heat.
- Over the heat, warm the mixture, stirring continuously, until it thickens; take care not to let it boil vigorously.
- In the pot, gradually add the sugar to taste, continuing to stir.
- In the pot or when serving, garnish the drink with coconut, raisins, walnuts, almonds, Aleppo pistachios, and cashews, according to what is available.
- Serve the drink hot.
