
Four Seasons Pizza and Stuffed Pizza
The recipe is pizza made in two ways: Four Seasons Pizza and stuffed pizza. The dough is made with flour, water, yeast, salt, sugar, and olive oil, while the sauce is made from cooked tomatoes with onion, garlic, oregano, and olive oil. The first pizza is topped with the listed cheese, vegetables, and meats, and the second pizza is filled with cheese and meats, then baked at the highest oven temperature with both top and bottom heat until cooked through and served hot.

Ingredients
- 5 cups White flour
- Water
- Yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- Garlic

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mix the warm water with the yeast and sugar until the yeast dissolves.
- In the mixing bowl, add half the flour to the yeast mixture along with the stated vegetable oil or olive oil.
- In the mixing bowl, add the second half of the flour and the salt, and knead until the dough comes together.
- On the work surface, knead the dough well until it is smooth and soft; if it does not come together, add a little water.
- In the switched-off oven or in a warm place, leave the dough to rise until puffy.
- In a pot over the heat, boil water for peeling the tomatoes.
- In the same pot, make a light slit in the tomatoes, then blanch them for a few seconds until the skins loosen.
- In another bowl, transfer the tomatoes to cold water, then peel them.
- In a food processor, place the peeled tomatoes with the onion, garlic, salt, oregano, and olive oil, then blend the ingredients.
- In a pot over the heat, cook the sauce, stirring, until it thickens.
- On parchment paper, flatten the first dough by hand, then roll it out evenly with a rolling pin.
- On the baking tray, transfer the first dough after cutting it into a circular shape.
- Over the first dough, spread the sauce, then the Kashkaval cheese, mushrooms, bell pepper, black olives, and corn.
- In the oven at the highest temperature with both top and bottom heat on, bake the first pizza until cooked through.
- On parchment paper, flatten the second dough by hand, then roll it out with a rolling pin.
- In the oven at the highest temperature with both top and bottom heat on, bake the second pizza until cooked through.
- On a cutting board, cut the pizza and serve it hot.
