Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • half a kilo chicken breasts
  • toast bread toast bread
  • as desired lettuce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • half a cup lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons vinegar
  • 8 cloves garlic cloves
  • 200 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon oregano [wild thyme]
  • half a teaspoon curry
  • half a teaspoon white pepper
  • half a teaspoon black pepper
  • half a tablespoon salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken breasts in the preparation bowl, then prepare them for marinating as indicated by the chef's context.
  2. Season the chicken in the mixing bowl with salt, black pepper, white pepper, curry, oregano, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, and olive oil.
  3. Cook the chicken in a frying pan over the heat until cooked through, then set aside to cool.
  4. Toast the bread in the oven or in a frying pan until golden, then set aside.
  5. Mix the mayonnaise in a bowl with olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, Parmesan, oregano, curry, white pepper, black pepper, and salt to prepare the dressing.
  6. Chop the lettuce in the serving bowl, then add the cooked chicken and toasted bread on top.
  7. Pour the dressing over the salad in the serving bowl, then toss the ingredients well and serve cold.
