Crispy Chicken Zinger

Crispy Chicken Zinger

This is crispy chicken zinger: chicken fillets are marinated in a mixture of yogurt, spices, lemon, and vinegar, then coated in a flour, starch, and spice mixture moistened with starch water to create crispy clusters. They are then fried in a pan of hot oil until cooked through and browned. The key point in the video is to leave the chicken in the marinade for 4 to 6 hours, and to add the step of moistening the flour with starch water for crispness.
