  • 10 pieces Pitted black olives
  • 3 pieces Chopped mushrooms
  • half a piece Green bell pepper
  • half a piece Red bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Grease the cupcake pan with animal ghee, animal butter, or olive oil; the chef also mentioned that coconut oil can be used for the cupcake pan.
  2. For Recipe 1, place 3 eggs, half a cup of parsley, quarter cup of green onion, salt, pepper, and baking soda in a mixing bowl, then mix the ingredients well.
  3. For Recipe 1, pour the egg mixture into the greased cupcake pan.
