Ingredients
- 8 pieces peeled local tomatoes
- 2 pieces large onion
- 2 pieces red bell pepper
- 2 pieces green bell pepper
- 6 eggs eggs
- ghee
- a pinch salt
- a pinch black pepper
- a pinch paprika
- to taste Kashkaval cheese
- 1 spoonful red pepper paste
Instructions
- In a frying pan, heat the ghee, vegetable oil, olive oil, or butter.
- In the frying pan, add the finely chopped onion with a pinch of salt and stir until softened.
- In the frying pan, add the finely chopped red and green bell peppers and stir them with the onion.
- In the frying pan, add the peeled, roughly chopped tomatoes.
- In the frying pan, add a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of paprika, and stir the ingredients together.
- In the frying pan, cover the surface with parchment paper if you want to trap the steam and prevent the ingredients from splattering.
- In the frying pan, add the beaten eggs over the tomato and vegetable mixture and spread them across the pan.
- In the frying pan, let the eggs cook over low heat until the ingredients set and dry slightly.
- In the frying pan, add Kashkaval cheese to taste.
