Ingredients

  • 540 g or 4 cups for the dough, and 170 g or 1½ cups for the cream flour
  • 80 g or 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 180 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons yeast
  • 2 eggs for the dough and 2 eggs for the cream eggs
  • 40 g unsalted butter
  • 70 g or 5 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 10 g cubes for each piece salted butter
  • 160 g or 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 130 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 2 tablespoons Nescafé instant coffee

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the water with the yeast and sugar.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the flour to the dough mixture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add the salt to the dough mixture.
