
Kofta Pasta Bake with Cheese
This is a kofta pasta recipe with cream and mozzarella cheese. The pasta is boiled, and the meat is seasoned with onion, parsley, salt, and pepper, then shaped into balls, coated in flour, and fried in corn oil. It is then cooked with cooking cream on the stovetop, mixed with the pasta, placed in a Pyrex dish with cheese, and baked at 180°C until the cheese melts and the top browns.

Mix the meat well with the herbs and seasonings, then combine it with pasta and sauce before baking until set and bubbly.
Ingredients
- 500 g 500 g pasta
- to taste finely ground meat, to taste
- to taste mozzarella cheese, to taste
- 1 medium onion 1 medium grated onion
- parsley
- 500 ml 500 ml cooking cream
- 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons flour
- a little corn oil
Instructions
- Boil the pasta in a pot of plenty of water with 1 tablespoon of salt until nearly cooked, then drain.
- Season the meat in a bowl with parsley, grated onion, salt, and black pepper, then shape it into similarly sized balls if desired.
- Coat the meatballs in a bowl with the extra flour so they take on a better color and hold together when fried.
- Heat the frying pan over the heat, then add the corn oil and fry the meatballs until browned on all sides.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place the fried meatballs in the frying pan with the cooking cream and cook over low heat until the cream thickens and comes to a slight boil.
- Mix the pasta in a bowl with the parsley and mozzarella cheese.
- Add the meatballs with the cream over the pasta in a Pyrex baking dish.
- Spread the remaining cream over the Pyrex dish, then sprinkle the cheese over the top.
- Place the dish in the oven at 180°C with top and bottom heat until the inside is heated through, then switch the oven to top heat only until the top browns and the cheese melts.
