Three Pasta Recipes: Bolognese, Vegetable Pasta, and Mac and Cheese

Like a pasta trio for a family meal.

Each pasta is a separate variation, but all are built around cooked pasta and sauce.

Ingredients

  • 200 g ground meat
  • 1 grated carrot
  • a little finely ground celery
  • approximately 1 small onion finely chopped onion
  • 3 tomatoes peeled and grated tomatoes
  • for frying olive oil
  • mentioned without an amount salt
  • a pinch oregano
  • pasta similar to spaghetti but slightly wider
  • half an onion chopped onion
  • mentioned as stated in the speech finely chopped santom
  • 1 cup sweet mixed-color bell peppers
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped zucchini
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • mentioned without an amount peeled and finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • half a tablespoon pepper paste
  • half a tablespoon black pepper
  • a small pinch cinnamon
  • a small pinch unspecified powder
  • for boiling boiling water
  • a drop oil
  • 250 g penne pasta
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • half a cup chicken stock
  • 100 g cheddar
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • 1 glass milk
  • a pinch garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil, then add the chopped onion and sauté it with a small pinch of salt until it softens slightly.
  2. In the same pan, add the grated carrot and chopped celery, and stir the ingredients with the onion.
  3. In the same pan, add the ground meat and stir it with the vegetables until well cooked.
  4. In a pot over the heat, bring the water to a boil, then add salt and a little oil. Boil the pasta until cooked.
  5. In the same pan, add the grated tomatoes and leave the sauce until it thickens.
  6. In the same pan, add water if the sauce dries out, then let it boil for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  7. On a plate, serve the pasta with the Bolognese sauce and sprinkle with oregano.
  8. In a pot, bring salted water to a boil, then boil the penne pasta until cooked.
  9. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil, then add the chopped onion and stir it.
  10. In the same pan, add the finely chopped tomatoes and stir them with the onion.
  11. In the same pan, add the tomato paste and pepper paste, then sauté them with the tomatoes.
  12. In the same pan, add the black pepper, cinnamon, and the small pinch of the mentioned powder, then stir.
  13. In the same pan, add the carrots, zucchini, mixed-color bell peppers, and broccoli, and stir the vegetables together.
  14. In the same pan, add the broccoli at the end because it should not cook for too long.
  15. In the same pan, add the cooked pasta and toss it with the vegetables and sauce.
  16. On a plate, sprinkle with fresh oregano and grated Parmesan, if desired.
  17. In a pot over the heat, boil the pasta, then drain it.
  18. In a pot or frying pan over the heat, melt the butter, then add the flour and stir until toasted and its color changes.
  19. In the same frying pan or pot, gradually add the milk while stirring continuously so that no lumps form.
  20. In the same pot or frying pan, add cheddar and stir until melted.
  21. In the same pot or frying pan, add mozzarella and stir until it melts and the sauce becomes stretchy.
  22. In the same pot or frying pan, add a pinch of garlic powder.
  23. In the same pot or frying pan, add the cooked pasta and stir it with the sauce.
  24. On a plate, add powdered cheddar or cheese on top, then serve the dish hot.
  25. On a plate, green onion can be added on top, as shown when serving.
