
Buffalo Wings with Ranch Sauce
This recipe is for Buffalo chicken wings with ranch sauce. The wings are marinated in milk and pickle brine, then coated in a mixture of flour, starch, and spices and fried until crisp. The ranch is made with egg, garlic, lemon, vinegar, tangy labneh, and oil, along with parsley and dill. The Buffalo sauce is made with butter, liquid hot sauce, vinegar, spices, and mayonnaise; the hot wings are then tossed in it and served with the ranch.

Ingredients
- 150 ml Milk
- 150 ml Quick pickle
- 150 g Flour
- 1 tbsp Starch
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp White pepper
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 Egg
- 2 Garlic
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp White vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 200 ml Vegetable oil
- a pinch Sugar
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1 tsp Dill
- 125 g Butter
- 200 g Hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Red pepper
- 2 tbsp White vinegar
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 200 ml Vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the wings with 150 ml milk and 150 ml pickle brine for 1 hour.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, starch, salt, white pepper, ginger, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a bowl or blending cup, prepare the ranch sauce by adding an egg, garlic, lemon juice, white vinegar, salt, tangy labneh or sour cream, vegetable oil, and a pinch of sugar.
- In the ranch bowl, blend with an immersion blender or blender until the mixture thickens, then add the parsley and dill and blend again.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter with the liquid hot sauce.
- In the saucepan over low heat, add the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, white pepper, white vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mayonnaise.
- In the saucepan over low heat, stir the sauce until combined, then remove it from the heat.
- In a frying pan with hot oil at 160-170 degrees, dip the marinated wings in the dry mixture.
- In the frying pan, fry the wings for about 10 minutes, or 12-13 minutes if they are larger.
- In the frying pan or on kitchen paper after frying, drain the wings of oil, then transfer them straight into the Buffalo sauce while hot.
- On a serving platter, toss the wings with the Buffalo sauce until fully coated.
- On a serving platter, serve the wings with the ranch sauce on the side.
