- 600 g Chicken wings
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Maggi seasoning or salt
- half a teaspoon Black pepper
- half a teaspoon Ginger
- quarter cup Olive oil
- half a cup Lemon juice
- half a bunch Fresh cilantro

Instructions
- In a bowl, season the chicken wings with garlic, ginger, spices, and black pepper.
- In the seasoning bowl, add Maggi seasoning or salt, depending on what is available.
- In the seasoning bowl, you may add an extra spice such as paprika or pepper paste if desired, as the chef mentioned them as options.
- Make light slits in each chicken wing with a knife on both sides so the marinade can penetrate inside.
- In a frying pan, heat a quarter cup of olive oil over the heat.
- Arrange the chicken wings in the pan and turn them until they are golden on both sides.
- Add the lemon juice to the pan after the wings have browned on both sides.
- Leave the wings in the pan until fully cooked.
- Add the garlic to the pan at the final stage, just before the wings are done.
- Add the fresh cilantro to the pan at the end so it retains its green color.
- Stir the wings with the cilantro and garlic for a few minutes before serving.
- On the serving platter, pour the remaining cilantro-garlic sauce over the wings before serving.
