
Cheese Cake
This is a baked cheese cake recipe, baked in an oven at 170°C with bottom heat only for 45 to 50 minutes. Ingredients
- 2 cups Flour
- 3/4 cup Vegetable oil

- 1/2 cup Sugar
- Lemon or orange zest Lemon or orange zest
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder

- 3 eggs Eggs
- 8 pieces Processed cheese triangles
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170°C with bottom heat only before beginning to mix.
- Place 3 room-temperature eggs and 8 room-temperature processed cheese triangles in a blender or food processor.
- Add 3/4 cup milk, 3/4 cup vegetable oil, 1/2 cup sugar, a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon vanilla to the blender.
- Blend the liquid ingredients with the sugar for about 3 minutes, until the sugar dissolves.
- Add 2 cups flour to the blender.
- Add 1 tablespoon baking powder to the blender with the flour.
- Blend all the ingredients for 3 to 4 minutes, until the mixture is smooth and combined.
- Butter a 28 cm pan and dust it with flour, or use any suitable pan you have.
- Pour the cake batter into the pan.
- Tap the pan lightly to release air from the batter.
- Place the pan on the middle rack of the oven and bake at 170°C with bottom heat only for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Remove the cake from the oven when cooked through and let it cool, or serve as desired.
