Ingredients

  • 1200 g chicken fillet
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 7-10 cloves garlic
  • 1 and a half teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • one-quarter teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • half teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • vegetable oil
  • for garnish parsley
  • a light sprinkle sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the dry spices with the salt until well combined.
  2. In the same bowl, add the chicken fillet pieces and toss with the spices until well coated.
  3. In the same bowl, add the flour and toss with the chicken pieces until they are coated with flour on all sides.
  4. In a frying pan over medium heat, add a little vegetable oil and fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  5. In a larger frying pan over the heat, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 2 tablespoons of butter, and melt the butter.
  6. In the same pan, add the garlic and lightly sauté it.
  7. In the same pan, add the soy sauce and white vinegar and stir them with the garlic.
  8. In the same pan, add the honey and stir until the sauce forms.
  9. In the same pan, add the fried chicken pieces and toss with the sauce until well coated.
  10. In the same pan, add an additional amount of soy sauce, then toss the pieces again.
  11. Arrange the chicken pieces on a serving plate and garnish with a light sprinkle of sesame seeds and a sprinkle of paprika; add parsley for garnish.
