
Homemade Coconut Milk and Almond Milk
A homemade preparation for making coconut milk and almond milk.

Ingredients
- Coconut flour
- Almond flour
- Water
- Coconut milk
- Almond milk
- 1 cup Coconut
- 2 cups Almonds
- 4-5 cups Boiling hot water
- 1 cup of water Hot water
Instructions
- Open the coconut at the opening using a hand-held knife.
- Pour the coconut water into a cup.
- Peel the coconut from its outer shell using a potato peeler or suitable tool.
- Grate the coconut on a grater until finely grated.
- Put the grated coconut in the blender.
- Add 4-5 cups of boiling hot water to the blender for every cup of coconut.
- Leave the coconut to soak in the blender for 5 minutes to 10 minutes, or from 10 minutes to a quarter of an hour depending on the part mentioned in the speech, until the water turns milky.
- Blend the coconut for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Strain the mixture using a strainer and a clean cloth or cheesecloth.
- Squeeze the cloth well over a cup or bowl until all the coconut milk comes out.
- Return the solids to the blender, add a little water, then blend again.
- Strain and squeeze again over a cup or bowl to extract the coconut milk.
- Place the coconut solids in a tray.
- Dry the coconut solids in the sun for two days, stirring them, or in the oven over medium heat, approximately 150, with the fan on, stirring until dry.
- Grind the dried coconut solids in a grinder until they become coconut flour.
- Put 2 cups of almonds in the blender.
- Add 4-5 cups of boiling hot water to the blender.
- Soak the almonds in the hot water for 5 minutes to 4 hours, or for 10 minutes depending on the part mentioned in the speech, until softened.
- Blend the almonds for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Strain the blended almonds using a strainer and a clean cloth or cheesecloth.
- Squeeze the cloth well over a cup or bowl until the almond milk comes out.
- Add 1 cup of water to the almond solids in the cloth or bowl.
- Blend the almonds again, then strain and squeeze again over a cup or bowl.
- Place the almond solids in a tray.
- Dry the almond solids in the sun for two days, stirring them, or in the oven over medium heat, stirring until dry.
- Grind the dried almond solids in a grinder until they become almond flour.
- Almond milk can be blended with banana and strawberries to make a smoothie in the blender.
