Ingredients
- 1 kilo all-purpose flour
- 2 cups water
- ¼ block of yeast yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ½ cup oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In the mixing bowl, add the water, then add the all-purpose flour.
- In the mixing bowl, add the yeast to the mixture.
- In the mixing bowl, add the sugar and oil to the mixture.
- In the mixing bowl, add the salt after the yeast so that it does not weaken its effect.
- In the mixing bowl, mix and knead the ingredients until the dough is smooth.
- In a bowl greased with a little oil, leave the dough to rest, covered, for about 10 to 12 minutes.
- On the work surface, shape the dough and check the fermentation by observing whether the indentation remains or springs back quickly.
- On a plate or on the work surface, check the dough with a knife or by cutting it to determine how successful the fermentation has been.
- On the work surface, roll the dough into a log, then cut it into pieces weighing approximately 50 grams.
