
Shrimp Fettuccine
This is fettuccine with shrimp, cooked with butter, garlic, paprika, spinach, cooking cream, and cheese. According to the chef, the pasta is first boiled in a pot of plenty of water with salt and oil, then the shrimp is cooked in a skillet with butter and spices. Spinach, cream, and cheese are added, then the pasta is mixed with the sauce and served hot.

Ingredients
- 350 g fettuccine pasta
- 300 g shrimp
- 1 cup Kashkaval or mozzarella cheese
- spinach leaves spinach leaves
- 60 g butter
- quarter spoon paprika [ground pepper]
- 4 cloves garlic
- half spoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1.5 cups or 2 cups cooking cream
- one and a half spoons oil
Instructions
- In a pot, boil the fettuccine pasta in plenty of water with a little salt. Add oil according to the chef, boil for 10 minutes, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat one and a half spoons of oil with the butter until the butter has just melted and does not burn.
- In the skillet, add the cleaned shrimp and stir until cooked, then sprinkle with paprika.
- In the skillet, add the spinach leaves with the shrimp and stir until the spinach wilts.
- In the skillet, add the cooking cream and leave the mixture until it comes to a boil together.
- In the skillet, add the cheese and stir until melted.
- In the skillet, add the boiled pasta and toss with the sauce until coated.
- On the serving plate, check the salt and add black pepper if needed, then serve the dish hot. It can be garnished with extra cheese or parsley if the chef wishes.
