Shrimp Fettuccine

This is fettuccine with shrimp, cooked with butter, garlic, paprika, spinach, cooking cream, and cheese. According to the chef, the pasta is first boiled in a pot of plenty of water with salt and oil, then the shrimp is cooked in a skillet with butter and spices. Spinach, cream, and cheese are added, then the pasta is mixed with the sauce and served hot.

Ingredients

  • 350 g fettuccine pasta
  • 300 g shrimp
  • 1 cup Kashkaval or mozzarella cheese
  • spinach leaves spinach leaves
  • 60 g butter
  • quarter spoon paprika [ground pepper]
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • half spoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1.5 cups or 2 cups cooking cream
  • one and a half spoons oil

Instructions

  1. In a pot, boil the fettuccine pasta in plenty of water with a little salt. Add oil according to the chef, boil for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat one and a half spoons of oil with the butter until the butter has just melted and does not burn.
  3. In the skillet, add the cleaned shrimp and stir until cooked, then sprinkle with paprika.
  4. In the skillet, add the spinach leaves with the shrimp and stir until the spinach wilts.
  5. In the skillet, add the cooking cream and leave the mixture until it comes to a boil together.
  6. In the skillet, add the cheese and stir until melted.
  7. In the skillet, add the boiled pasta and toss with the sauce until coated.
  8. On the serving plate, check the salt and add black pepper if needed, then serve the dish hot. It can be garnished with extra cheese or parsley if the chef wishes.
