
Spaghetti with Meat, Vegetables, and Tomato Sauce
A spaghetti dish with meat, vegetables, and tomato sauce.
Like a classic spaghetti bolognese with vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 packet, 400 g Spaghetti
- 1½ tablespoons Ghee
- 6 cloves Garlic
- ½ teaspoon Ginger
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1½ cups Tomato paste
- 5 cups hot water Water

Instructions
- Boil the spaghetti in a large pot of plenty of water with salt, leaving the strands long without breaking them.
- Do not add oil to the spaghetti pot while boiling.
- Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and place it directly in cold water.
- In another pot, prepare the sauce by mixing 5 cups of hot water with tomato paste, ghee, ginger, black pepper, and salt.
- Stir the sauce in the pot until combined and ready.
- Arrange the spaghetti on a clean baking tray in circles.
- Fill the spaghetti circles with fried meat, onion, and vegetables as desired.
- Pour the sauce over the filled spaghetti circles on the tray.
- Place the tray in the oven on the lower rack at 220 degrees.
- Leave the tray in the oven for about 15 minutes, until it boils and thickens from underneath.
- Move the tray to the upper part of the oven for about 7 minutes, until the top browns.
