Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground chicken fillet with the chicken seasoning, ginger, black pepper, cardamom, salt, Maggi seasoning, red pepper paste, and olive oil.
  2. In the same bowl, add the breadcrumbs and knead the mixture until it holds together.
  3. Shape the chicken mixture into pieces of approximately equal weight.
  4. Place the pieces in the freezer for 3 hours, or in the refrigerator for half an hour, until firm.
  5. In another bowl, mix the eggs with a pinch of salt and a pinch of oregano, and mix the breadcrumbs with the remaining oregano.
  6. Prepare a plate of flour for coating.
  7. Coat each piece first in flour, then in egg, then in breadcrumbs.
  8. Arrange the coated pieces on a plate or in the refrigerator before frying.
  9. To prepare the sauce, melt the butter in a pot over the heat.
  10. Add the flour to the pot and stir until it absorbs the butter.
  11. Gradually add the milk to the pot, stirring continuously.
  12. Add the cooking cream if available, then add the Maggi seasoning and black pepper.
  13. Add the mushrooms and corn to the pot and stir the mixture until it thickens.
  14. Lower the heat under the pot and let the sauce thicken gently.
  15. Fry the pieces in a pan of hot oil until golden.
  16. Drain the fried pieces on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  17. Serve the pieces on a serving platter with the sauce; boiled vegetables may be added, as shown in the video.
