- 1 teaspoon Baking powder

- 1 teaspoon White vinegar

Instructions
- In a pot, cut the cauliflower head into medium-sized florets.
- In a pot, lightly boil the cauliflower florets for about 5 minutes; in practice, this may extend to 7 minutes, as the chef mentioned.
