Ingredients

  • 3 (medium-sized) Bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • a little Vanilla
  • 4 tablespoons Honey
  • or neutral-tasting vegetable oil Coconut oil
  • 2 cups Oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon (10 grams) Baking powder
  • half a teaspoon Baking soda
  • Dark chocolate
  • 3 cups Finely ground cauliflower
  • 3 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 eggs Eggs
  • a pinch Cumin
  • a pinch Garlic powder
  • a pinch Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • a pinch (to taste) White pepper
  • Canned tomatoes
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • half a small onion Small onion
  • a little Olive oil
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • for the topping Mozzarella cheese
  • for the topping Black olives
  • for the topping Green bell pepper
  • for the topping Red bell pepper
  • for the topping Mushrooms
  • for the topping Corn
  • for the baking tray Parchment paper
  • for greasing the cupcake molds Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200° with top and bottom heat to make the cupcakes.
  2. Place 3 medium-sized bananas in a bowl and mash them.
  3. Add 2 eggs to the bowl with the bananas.
  4. Add a little vanilla to the bowl.
  5. Mix the ingredients in the bowl until the eggs disappear and combine with the bananas.
  6. Add 4 tablespoons of honey to the bowl.
  7. Add coconut oil or neutral-tasting vegetable oil to the bowl.
  8. Add 2 cups of oat flour to the bowl.
  9. Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the bowl.
  10. Add half a teaspoon of baking soda to the bowl.
  11. Add the dark chocolate to the cupcake batter.
  12. Mix the cupcake batter lightly until the ingredients are combined.
  13. Grease the cupcake molds with butter.
  14. Pour the cupcake batter into the cupcake molds.
  15. Place the cupcake molds in the oven on the middle rack.
  16. Leave the cupcakes in the oven until cooked through.
  17. Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool.
  18. Finely grind the cauliflower to make the pizza dough.
  19. Add 3 cups of finely ground cauliflower to the mixing bowl.
  20. Add 3 cups of mozzarella cheese to the mixing bowl.
  21. Add 3 eggs to the mixing bowl.
  22. Add a pinch of cumin to the mixing bowl.
  23. Add a pinch of garlic powder to the mixing bowl.
  24. Add a pinch of oregano to the mixing bowl.
  25. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the mixing bowl.
  26. Add a pinch of white pepper, to taste, to the mixing bowl.
  27. Mix the pizza dough ingredients well.
  28. Spread the pizza dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  29. Place the baking tray in the oven at 250° with top and bottom heat until the dough changes color and the water in it evaporates.
  30. Remove the pizza dough from the oven and let it cool.
  31. Prepare the sauce by blending the canned tomatoes with 2 cloves of garlic, half a small onion, a little olive oil, oregano, and salt.
  32. Spread the sauce over the pizza dough.
  33. Distribute the mozzarella cheese over the pizza.
  34. Distribute the black olives, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, mushrooms, and corn over the pizza.
  35. Place the pizza in the oven with top heat only until the cheese melts and the ingredients are heated through.
