Cold Mocha

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons Nescafé
• 2 tablespoons Nesquik or Milo
• 1 packet, 75 g Chantilly cream powder
• 1 tablespoon Sugar
• 2 cups [400] ml Milk
• as needed Chocolate sauce, for decoration
• 7 cubes Ice cubes

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, place 2 cups of cold full-fat milk.
2. In the mixing bowl, add 2 tablespoons of Nescafé, 2 tablespoons of Nesquik or Milo, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 packet of Chantilly cream powder.
3. In the mixing bowl, whip the ingredients for 2 minutes.
4. In the mixing bowl, add 7 ice cubes.
5. In the mixing bowl, whip the ingredients for 1 more minute.
6. In the glasses or serving cups, decorate the sides with chocolate sauce.
7. Pour the cold mocha into the serving cups.
8. On top, add cream if desired; it is optional, as stated by the chef.
