Homemade Cold Starbucks-Style Drinks

A selection of homemade cold drinks in the style of coffee-shop beverages.

Like making café-style iced drinks at home.

Serve well chilled and adjust sweetness after blending or shaking.

Ingredients

  • 8 teaspoons coffee
  • 8 glasses of cold water cold water
  • 3/4 glass milk
  • as needed ice
  • a little liquid vanilla
  • a little (to taste) caramel sauce
  • coffee + cold water
  • a drop liquid vanilla
  • a small amount caramel sauce
  • 300 ml milk
  • 3 tablespoons strawberry sauce
  • as needed Chantilly cream
  • 2 teaspoons (or 1 tablespoon) liquid chocolate
  • 1 glass milk
  • as needed chocolate sauce
  • as needed caramel sauce
  • the amount of 1 finjan of coffee for each teaspoon of coffee hot water
  • as needed light caramel syrup
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons strawberry purée
  • an alternative when strawberry purée is unavailable strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. In a cup or mixing bowl, dissolve the coffee in the water to prepare the coffee base for the drinks containing coffee.
  2. In a serving glass, prepare the iced latte by adding 3/4 glass milk with a little liquid vanilla and ice, then pour the coffee and water over it.
  3. In a serving glass, prepare the caramel macchiato by adding 3/4 glass milk with a little caramel sauce, a little liquid vanilla, and ice, then add the coffee and water.
  4. In a blender, prepare the strawberry frappuccino by adding 300 ml milk with a drop of liquid vanilla, a small amount of caramel sauce, and ice, then blend the mixture.
  5. In a serving glass, add 3 tablespoons strawberry sauce, then pour the strawberry frappuccino mixture from the blender over it and add Chantilly cream.
  6. In a blender, prepare the chocolate frappuccino by adding 1 glass milk with 2 teaspoons liquid chocolate or 1 tablespoon, a little liquid vanilla, and ice, then blend the mixture.
  7. In a serving glass, pour in the chocolate frappuccino mixture from the blender, then add chocolate sauce and Chantilly cream.
  8. In a blender, prepare the caramel frappuccino by adding 1 glass milk with ice, the coffee and water, and caramel sauce, then blend the mixture.
  9. In a serving glass, pour in the caramel frappuccino mixture from the blender and add Chantilly cream.
