
Fruit and Nutella Crepes
Thin crepes filled or garnished with fruit and Nutella.
Thin crepes filled or topped with fruit and chocolate hazelnut spread.
Like sweet French-style pancakes.
Cook the crepes thin so they stay soft and easy to fold.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups room-temperature milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons Mazola oil
- a pinch salt
- to taste condensed milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the eggs with the all-purpose flour, room-temperature milk, sugar, vanilla, Mazola oil, and a pinch of salt until the mixture is smooth.
- Heat a pan over the heat, then pour an amount of the batter into it and swirl the pan so that the batter spreads into a circular shape.
- Leave the crepe in the pan until the first side is browned, then flip it to the second side until fully cooked.
- On a serving plate, fill or garnish the crepe with chocolate and fruit.
- On a serving plate, add condensed milk to taste.
