Lemon Mint Juice

Lemon Mint Juice

Cold lemon mint juice is made by blending 3 medium lemons with 200 g sugar, 1 bunch of fresh mint, and 1.5 liters of cold water. The chef advises peeling the lemons and removing the white pith and seeds, then blending them with the sugar and mint, straining the mixture, adding cold water, and serving it chilled. There are differences in quantities between the official description and the chef’s remarks; the official description is the reference for the measurements.
