Ingredients
- 1 kilo Mushrooms
- 1 cup (200 ml) Water
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup White vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried chili pepper
- 4 pieces Cloves
- 3 cloves Garlic
- ½ teaspoon Whole black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 piece 1 peeled lemon
