
Oat Granola
This baked oat granola is made with coconut, raisins, assorted seeds, honey, coconut oil, walnuts, almonds, and cinnamon. It is toasted in the oven at 170°C using top heat for about 25 minutes, then raisins and apricots are added after it cools. Serve it for breakfast or as a snack with plant-based milk.

Ingredients
- 500 g oats
- 4 tablespoons coconut
- 4 tablespoons black raisins
- 4 tablespoons golden raisins
- 4 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- 4 tablespoons flaxseeds
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 4 tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- to taste dried apricots
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- ½ cup almonds
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the oats with the honey and coconut oil.
- In the same bowl, add the coconut, black raisins, golden raisins, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds, cinnamon, walnuts, and almonds.
- On a cutting board, roughly chop the walnuts.
- On a cutting board, roughly chop the almonds.
- On a cutting board, chop the dried apricots if you wish to use them.
- In the oven, preheat the oven to 170°C using top heat.
- In a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spread the mixture evenly.
- In the oven, toast the mixture using top heat only, stirring occasionally, until evenly browned.
- In the oven, leave the mixture for about 25 minutes, until it reaches the desired color.
- Leave the mixture in the tray until completely cool.
- After the mixture has cooled, add the raisins and dried apricots to the tray.
- Store the granola in an airtight container to keep it crunchy.
- To serve, place 3 tablespoons of granola in a bowl.
- To serve, add plant-based milk, such as almond milk or coconut milk, to the bowl.
- To serve, serve it with a healthy fruit plate.
